Account and registration
If you forget your apigacor password, go to the login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address or username associated with your account. We will send a password reset link to your registered email. Click the link, create a new password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols), and confirm. Your new password takes effect immediately. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Opening an account on apigacor takes three main steps. First, visit our registration page and provide a username, email, mobile number, and secure password. Second, we send a verification link to your email; click it to confirm your email address. Third, you complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by uploading a government ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license). Our system verifies your documents within standard processing windows. Once approved, your account is fully active and you can deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, bank virtual accounts, or other supported methods. Services are available only where local law permits, and you are responsible for verifying jurisdiction compliance before opening an account.
You can adjust your apigacor account preferences by logging in and visiting the Account Settings page. There you can update your email, mobile number, password, and notification preferences. Payments and transactions
Depositing via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on apigacor is straightforward. Log in to your account, go to the Cashier section, and select your preferred e-wallet. If your deposit does not credit within the standard processing window, check your e-wallet transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact our support team with your transaction ID.
If a deposit or withdrawal on apigacor does not complete, first check your payment method (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank account) to see if the money left your account. If the funds were deducted but did not appear in your apigacor balance, contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID and payment method name. Our team will investigate and manually credit your account if needed. For withdrawals, if your request shows "Under Review" or "Processing" longer than the standard window, again reach out with your withdrawal ID. We will verify the transaction status with your bank or e-wallet provider and resolve any delays. Always keep your transaction confirmation email as proof of the transaction.
